Manual temperature control is always nice, but I do wish there was a small window you could open for fresh air. Appreciated complimentary Voss water and turndown. Comfortable bed and couch, but a bit of an awkward angle to comfortably watch TV from either. It's one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel. Huge bathroom with pristine white flooring, a vanity, enormous closet, a little toilet 'room', a spa shower, super soft, abundant supply of towels and toiletries. The road into the casino is really lovely and peaceful with mature evergreens all around along with some new plantings. I'm not a gambler, but since this is an exciting and much needed addition to Sullivan County, I wanted to support it and try my luck. This place will eventually be an another amazing destination in the Hudson Valley. But a fun day trip to grab a drink, bite to eat and gamble a little bit. Keep expectations tempered for the next few months while they continue to expand. BOTTOM LINE - Resorts World is definitely worth the visit. Looking forward to the poker room opening up in April. I counted 3 roulette tables on the main floor. Only a handful of actual table games available at the time of our visit.

Many parts of the hotel are still under construction. Keep in mind that casino, restaurants and facilities ARE NOT FULLY OPEN YET. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a GREAT lunch at the Doubletop grill! Excellent Portobello Swiss burger and lobster roll sandwich. We had no trouble getting our players club cards. This was our first visit so we spent some time walking around the hotel and grounds. My wife and I visited the casino around noon on a Thursday.
